such a masterpiece. the emotion in this song is unparrarelled.. i believe that this is purely about Jeremy's struggles with his faith, knowing that it has the power to lift him up or crumble his world down to pieces within him. He always believes in God but feels sometimes as though he is acting the wrong way or saying the wrong things, and I think, if im ble to say, he is expressing some possible guilt within his religious beliefs, between them and his actions past or present. This is my favorite song of all time. Bar none. And I listen to almost every style or subgenre of music out there. This man is a genius, and deserves way more credit than he gets.
