Not In Rivers, But In Drops Lyrics
And still your voice is heard
Heard
And still we are shaken
Shaken
Your voice...Still here
And so you say unto all
"I am all, we are one
Go forth and bring them down"
War is waged, blood is spilled
Not in rivers, but in drops
Heaven's gate is in my hand
The key is your acceptance
Heard
Shaken
"I am all, we are one
Go forth and bring them down"
Not in rivers, but in drops
The key is your acceptance

In the lyrics where it says:
I am the raining power [incomprehensible] Bring them down
I think he says:
I am the reigning power I will Bring them down
I think with what lyrics there are in this song that GmcG023 tried to decipher are showing you, once again the listener what Hassan I Sabbah stand for in their society.
Still been trying to figure out the meaning behind this one... it definitely has its roots in Hassan I Sabbah. I know for a fact that some of the lyrics are wrong (after listening to a clearer vocals in the Mevlins Remix that was released with the Holy Tears single).
This part is for sure:
War is waged Blood is spilled Not in rivers But in drops
Also, instead of "your voice, still real" it is "still HEALS."
As for "I am the reining power," I still think it sounds a bit different. The incomprehensible part I think might be an elongated "THEREFORE."
Finally, it sounds like "the pain, is you." "Insain floods" doesn't seem right either. Perhaps "as it, GOES!" That last one is just a guess.
Hope this helps clarify any meaning.
