I'm pretty sure after listening close that the end part says RIGHT, WRONG, along with the possible rise rock, alternating between them, thats my opinon at least. And as far as the meaning of rise rock there are several possible metaphors that could be used for that. I don't think he'd throw that in there to sound cool IMHO.

This song is pretty self-explanatory really. Except the 'Rise rock' bit - I'm pretty sure that's just meant to sound cool!
