this song is so powerful musically and lyrically.

the meaning seems pretty straightforward. that "someone" kevin is singing about is God. the lyrics display a perfect example of what it truly means to have faith as the Word says that we cannot please Him (God) without having faith. "even though i cant see, the finger prints are everywhere" disciple doesn't have the same in-your-face lyrics they did from albums like "by God" and "Back again" but the fire is still there. beautiful.
