I really like this song. It's about a break-up and although he says in loving memory, the girl isn't really dead but it feels like it to him because she's not there. It's a sad song.

I don't think this song is about a break up. To me, it seems like it's about a close friend that passed away.
Especially the part 'I need you here, Not just in my heart' because he will have his friend in his heart forever but never 'here' again.
