I think this is a guy that is being deceived by a girls appearance. She looks innocent, but really she has bad intentions and she will hurt him.

He gave everything he had in himself for her, and she just broke his heart.

I love this song... I don't think it is actually only about the girl cheating her lover. The lines:

Might just mean that no matter she isn't impressed by his actions, he is not keen on losing or showing sings of defeat. He keeps on prettending, even though he's weakend so much by her.

For me this means she is his only weakness, the reason he gives up hope on life.

Maybe he finally saw what was she underneat the beautiful skin?

well from the look from the lyrics it looks like a guy fell in love w/ some hot, beautiful chick but she end up using & abusing him.

Why do I think of Medusa - if I spelt that right - when I listen to this.
