I thought it was "red light signals danger."

Heh I thought the TB Sheets part said FTP XXQ in there somewhere - I knew it couldn't be which is why I was looking for the actual lyrics.
All the lyrics on the Internet for this song obviously came from the same place - they all misspell Mozambique and include the question marks before it...

As in Fck the Queen and Fck the police
But still, amaaazing song :)
MuchTooMuch is almost right, it's FTQ, FTP. The band's Scottish & there's a big religious divide in Scotland - so FTQ (Fck The Queen) is anti Queen/Protestant and FTP (Fck The Pope) is anti Catholic .
