i think this song is about him liking a girl alot, but she doesn't want to be in a relationship with a "rockstar"

He is running out of time to win her over and she's slipping away. I don't understand the "she's just a bitch that wants a rockstar"

He could have any girl, and it's the reason she doesn't want him.
