This is a beautiful song about people, esp. christians, who have for so long been complacent; sleeping giants. It is both a commitment and a call to wake up. We must live as we were meant to, and only by the power of redemption.

i agree with the first two people but i also think its about how he is saying even though the world has problems and all the bad things that happen he is overcoming them as in "Im standing firm" and also the part "It feels so good" because even though there is so many problems he isnt gonna let them bring him down. Such an amazing song they are a way talented band!

Wow, "Sleeping Giants"....i now get it. Its truly a blessing to have Christian music in the way that i love to hear it. Def. one of my favorite bands.
