ok frmo reading this noone here knows what a catalyst is and its basically something that causes a "motion" to "stir" between two or more persons/things whithout itself (the catalyst) being affected. So i think its about the person being in something causing events to take place and he becomes the catalyst meaning the events continue he just is no longer affected "let the fire consume me" "let the courage run thru me" its talking about giving him/her the strength to let the events not effect them
fuck this song is sick along with most of the others on this CD. not the deepest lyrics (unlike other bands i like, like tool and NIN) but amps me up somthing chronic.
well, i'd say it's more like a determination to 'not fail or fall', in whatever your passion takes you to. it's avtiation for me, has given me the impetus (or catalyst) to drive towards being a pilot.

These lyrics can have two meanings to me(depending on the mood I am in when I hear them.) Most of the time the meaning is about letting rage consume you so you have the courage to do something. Or perhaps using anger to give you courage to finish something you cant otherwise. Overall to me its all about letting rage taking over you for courage.
