Requiem for a Jerk

Love this song. Its so different. Not sure if i got all the lyrics right though. Im unsure as to what its about... but a requiem is a mass for the dead. 'A prayer for the salvation of the souls of the departed, and it is used both at services immediately preceding a burial, and on occasions of more general remembrance.' So that makes sense of the first verse, basically the dead person has no choice but to listen to the organ. Organ could be a metaphor for something or be an actual organ that is played at the requiem mass. Also theres the running theme of the dead 'jerk' deserving death, so maybe they betrayed someone?

I think this song is basically how Brian doesn't think this jerk deserves to have anything in the afterlife. He was in jail. How he is too bad for even satan and is pushed away and shunned I guess. And now he is stuck as a ghost on earth, trapped.
