In my opinion, this song is about wanting to change everything wrong with the world until you're content, and it all begins with matricide.
I have a hazzy idea of what this song is about, but I'm having difficulty putting my thoughts into words, all I have to say at this moment is that this song is amazing. It's my favourite Angelspit song.
I think it's about abortion or matricide.
Abortion: Fetuses in plastic walls. (Implies surgery and painful removal of something. Child?)
Matricide: Virgin daughters in line marching off to matricide. (Hate of the Mother, so the Mother was murdered and 'infected' with the child's hate.)
I think this song is about how when a woman gets an abortion she feels really horrible about it because she feels like she's murdering it. I think the song is saying it's like the unborn foetus is commiting matricide by killing her with guilt. Kinda like the song Womb by Wumpscut.
Certainaly about abortion as it mentions fetuses in plastic walls, and I think it is a religious woman who is getting the abortion (Hail Mary) as she doesn't want to go against the image of her being a virgin portrayed by her faith. So by getting the abortion she is removing the "stain".

In my opinion the song is about a woman who was a virgin that got raped and then gets an abortion because she doesn't want anybody to find out about it. Then it hurts her so much that she's killing her own child and it kills her.
When I heard the song, I wasn't thinking about abortion like everyone else is saying. I'm not really sure if it makes sense to even myself, but I got the impression of some sort of disease. Grotesque imagery and death.
It's about a woman who is raped and can't stand to be carrying her rapists child so she gets an abortion despite her religious nature.
