i don't know if it is..but i can't see another meaning =S i think that it's about politicians..the govern..sending more and more taxes..so that's why the rapes in houses..because there will always be a lot of people that don't have the same conditions like others..so they will get poor..that'swhat in the end he says "The rich are getting richer and The poor die with their silence Bloody octopus... How much will we laugh and smile After you stolen all." it's like people inocently are smiling to a thing that they don't even make an idea from what it is but it's still a fucking great song =D
