His teeth were really fucked up and kept getting damaged during fighting so he sees the dentist who causes him even more pain then charges him for it.

's about dentists, innit? X] Gallows rule. They kind of restore my faith that there's a lot of good music out there at the moment if you look hard enough. And also that shrieking profanity can have some sort of beauty to it
