This song, as well as much of the rest of the album, is their angst about how people realy aren't treated as equals, and how women are still treated as sexual tools. The song "Come Friendly Bombs" would appear to you to be some crazy violent Moshcore song as the likes of Hatebreed or Agnostic Front, but it's actually about how they are sick of people being violent just for the sake of being violent. The Dead Kennedys had to deal with idiot Neo-Nazi's as well, because their satirical music wasn't caught on as being satirical.

I admit their lyrics aren't particulary on par with Einstein, (unless he threatened to go stabbing people in the fucking face. I dunno.) but again, there's nothing wrong with that either. Sometimes I want to listen to music that's blunt, simple and easy. Other times, I want to listen to lyrics with complex metaphors and obscure references - it all depends on whatever your mood is.

@ All Is Dream... i've got to say, it's been a gas reading these ridiculous comments back and forth. you are completely entitled to your own opinion and it's perfectly okay that you think their lyrics are trite. however, don't you think telling them they could be doing better things than sitting on a computer defending a band is a little...stupid? i mean, you're wasting your time on a page for people to talk about the meanings of song lyrics, when you don't even like the band. i personally couldn't care less. i love them but if you thought they were the most terrible pieces of shit on the planet, why would i care? that's cool that you have you're own opinion, but who the fuck are you to me, right? i'm sure you can understand that.

I saw an interview with them recently and they seemed to they were bigger than the mighty Clash or something, hinting that an upcoming gig would prove to be as monumentous as early punk gigs from the likes of The Sex Pistols and The Clash, etc. Bollocks. Their lyrics are just not inspiring AT ALL. Nothing intelligent about them, just violent and thuggish, and that's exactly the sort of 'fans' they seem to attract - thugs. You learned things from other 'punk revival/hard rock' bands such as The Manics, but this bunch of moronic twats seem hell bent on revenge and violence. Pointless.
