This song is very simple, yet it touched me profoundly. It's about how true love and friendship can transcend anything; time, space, even death. The people who love you will always be there for you, even if they can't physically be with you.

It's a beautiful song, a perfect example of how you don't need overblown vocals or a string section to be inspirational. It can be a bit hard to find (available for download at sheeba.ca, but no other places that I know of). It's definetly worth a listen.
