the vocals in this song remind me of andrew mcmahon
i love this song. i think its about this guy who's no longer close with a girl and at first he thinks she was the one who changed, but really it was him. she keeps telling him, but can't get through to him. he feels bad and misses her and "it seems like the clouds won't stay away;" he's caught in this storm

This song is not to bad as the new version on their self titled debut. It comes out tomorrow :)
