I think the song is about rob and his heroin problems. "Here I'm bleeding as I'm drinking and I'm thinking that I'm sinking" portrays him pulling the syringe out of him and he's bleeding and still drinking. "I'd eagerly die for one more" is a referance to a fix. Pretty blatant
