Children Of The Broken Hearted Lyrics

Your cries are searching for
The lock and key to your mother's door.
She'll ignore our every sound
And leave you to drown.
There's no escaping you'll see
There's no escaping from me.
I'll take off your clothes as you beg me no more
I'll share your moans and you know that you are done for.
I will sing you to sleep from every thrust
You will quietly weep and never trust your father again.
There's no escaping you'll see
There's no escaping from me.
I'll take off your clothes as you beg me no more
I'll share your moans and you know that you are done for.

I am very surprised that nobody has commented on this song. On listening I find it disturbing that the lyrics are sung in first person as if the singer himself is the abusive father portrayed in the song. chilling.

I agree with Surfnut, what the hell people?!!? if any song needs more comments its this one!!

This song is a little creepy, well a lot creepy if u listen to it because as Surfnut said its from the abusive fathers point of view

  • "She'll ignore our every sound" -"I will sing you to sleep from every thrust" But the story behind this is quite sad, i recall watching the speical dvd of these guys and the lead singer talking about how this song came to be and the words about how his girlfriends friend (i think) was raped and abused as a child from her father and that her mother didnt believe her. I think it also said he was just so discusted by it that he ending up writing this song as a form of release type thing.
