This song is great and I actually wore my jeans for 4 days lol
The writer was feeling down and didn't feel good about himself but changed the way he was and is now he's happy.

This song was written just after they signed their record deal and he's talking about how it already feels like his life has changed although it's only been 4 days.
he no longer feels he needs to make an effort anymore and so wears dirty jeans to discos rather than dressing up
in the 2nd verse he is questioning the possibilitie of his fame ending and when if the friends he had before will still remember him.
