Luney Tune Lyrics
I slipped into my jeans lookin' hard and feelin' mean
I took a spit at the moon it's all in this luney tune
Just a little insane a couple of shots I can't feel no pain
Hey where have I been and who are these scary men
Is this all real is this all necessary or it this a joke
Many know I don't regret at all
They locked me up for good pinned me against the wall
I can't find the exit I quit lookin' for doors
I stole a razor from the commissary I just couldn't take it no more
I'm swimmin' in blood like a rat on a sewer floor
No longer insane just part of this crazy dream
I took a spit at the moon it's all in this luney tune
Just a little insane a couple of shots I can't feel no pain
Hey where have I been and who are these scary men
Is this all real is this all necessary or it this a joke
Many know I don't regret at all
They locked me up for good pinned me against the wall
I can't find the exit I quit lookin' for doors
I stole a razor from the commissary I just couldn't take it no more
I'm swimmin' in blood like a rat on a sewer floor
No longer insane just part of this crazy dream

This song is one of my favorite songs of Cooper's! I mean this song is weird in it's way, but the beat is great!
This is another excellent song from "School's Out", one of the finest albums (from the first track to the last) ever released.
@BlueMeanie Spot-on! I totally agree & if not mistaken critics have given it favorable reviews over the years. I saw him on his original School's Out tour in '72, in El Paso, my second concert ever, he rocked, blew me & buds away when he hung himself on stage, but their acting out East Side Story too was phenomenal.

Probably about one of his dreams i'm thinkin.
Love this song, always bit of an edgy guy from a MH perspective lol, that's why I love to see satire & fun being poked at it, cause when you're really in the throws of emotional unrest, it's a frkn nightmare.
