this song is about him seeing madi after his show he needs sleep and his sleepy-ness caused him a ticket, and a suspended license. And he was willing getting caught, because he wanted to see her. [:

it'is asleep under my jacket, not i sleep under my jacket because this is pretty much a story and in the story I'm pretty sure madi was with him when he got pulled over, like in the passenger seat.
