this song is beautiful! i think that the main message of the song is talking about the punk/emo/different kids that are looked down upon by society. that is evident in the lyrics. However in the part were it says "and taste me until all i see a thousand sparks we fake love futility" i think that he's talking about sex for some reason.

I Feel its a stand up song for all those lost souls and lost kids, like myself, giving us hope that we are not alone and sticking together. thanks Aiden xoxoz

Yeah it's about how certain groups of people always have some sort of message attached to them like 'oh if you're a cheerleader you must be stuck up and rich' or 'oh you like rainbows you must be gay'... not just the goth or punk kids. Any group of people will have a stereotype about them. I think it's also about how depression and how it can mix in with people's lives.

Well in reply to what Aidenpunkgirl says. I agree with her about the fact that this song is talking about different groups/cliques of people and how everyone should just be a family and get along like wiL says at like every show. But the part where it says, "A thousand sparks We fake love futility" they are pretty much saying 'some people think it's worthless for us to try to love each other because it will never happen' because futility means not worth it, so saying to fake love futility it's say it's pointless to pretend because it's worthless, it's not going to happen.

by the way, whoever typed up these lyrics, it's "A thousand sparks We fake love futility" not utility. I have the lyrics booklet and utility doesn't make sense.
