I dont really like the rest of this album much but there something about this song. The guys voice sounds really tender, it reminds me of uni aswell.

i heard in an interview that this song was written to be "sweet." i agree, i think it is about a love that has already has endured a lot, and now there is a new struggle such as one partner moving away ("do you miss home?") or debating whether or not the relationship can stand being taken to the next level.
