This song was written with a fan of Alice\'s, Mark Ciccone in mind, who was awarded Man of the Year designation by the N.R.C.C., when he served as an advisor to President G W.Bush. The mention of Maddona, is because her last name is Ciccone, the sane as Mark. Mark and Alice started a friendship, that continues today.
