I just listened to his Feast of Fools podcast interview, and apparently this song--this whole album, actually--is partly about his friend who died from a heroin overdose. She had twins. :[

this is going to sound really lame, but this song speaks to me. i dont know if he intended the meaning i get from it, but i understand pretty much every word. its gorgeous. lameness ending...now.
it's definitely "You Say You Wanna Die" oh and the ourself's thing is driving me mad...pleeease change it to 'ourselves'
I love this song, I really relate to it.
I think its about someone who has a close friend who died suddenly, possibly suicide, and now they can't take it and want to kill themselves to meet the person again. The last verse is beautiful c:.
