too late the hero is amazing live, i can't believe they don't get more comments.
I think its about a girl that has a bf thats in lover her, and she loves him too. but she coutinuly goes out and cheats on him and he always takes back even though she's hurt him some much and he don't relixe he can do better than her
Hmm seems like a girl that sleeps around. I think this song is about a friend trying to tell another friend that the girl he's pining after isn't worth his time

"and as she looks up she doesn't recognize the face and this is not the first time" She's having sex with someone she doesn't even know, but that happens often with her.

Gah.. I'm not sure if I'm 100% correct but this is just how I interpret it.
I agree with much of what has already been said, and especially with oblivion's about TLTH live. One of the best live bands I've seen. Pure energy and audience involvement, and Jared sounds exactly like he does on the record.
Anyway, I interpreted this song as being about a girl (not his girlfriend: "without the title you can jump from/ boy to boy and couch to couch") who is having a hard time giving up her life of playing around ("and as she looks up she doesn't recognize the face/ and this is not the first time") in exchange for a relationship with a good guy who likes her.
