It sounds like that a person bullied, or antagonized a person so much that that the other person beacame their worst enemy.

"You built me I knew it I'll never lie liar You fed me I chewed it I'll never lie liar"

The song seems to be from the view poit of the bullied person. That's just the idea I get from it.

As for the title, I have no idea. But it's cool as hell.
