Idk why no one has commented this song yet. but anyways, I believe this song is about an ex-girlfriend, who he wants to get back, yet shes not quite sure what to do, and hes only got once chance to get it right, or he will lose her forever.

I think one of the band members said on the accompanying DVD that this was written after someone close to one of the band members (or one of their friend's friends or something) died. So, it's about showing people that we love them, because we never know when it's our time (or theirs) to go.
