This was the last song on The Summer EP if you got the hard copy (the free version had 5 songs on it; the hard copy had those five plus A Different Light and My Dear Friend).
I believe it's about trying to let go of somebody you once loved; however, it is difficult. It isn't instantaneous and needs some time unfortunately.
