now, it is probably about a woman, because that seems to be all PB ever sings about. But at the same time, you could say that this is perhaps about Crystal Meth or something; "You're pure crystal the tempting sin" also, they say that common symptoms and all that are feeling like you have parasites on your skin, now i dont know if Leeches are a parasite, but it would make sense that "come shake the 'leeches' off me" could stand for the bugs he feels that he has on his sin. as well as, "help me see through BLOODSHOT EYES" well, that one is pretty self explanatory.
