Other than that, it's a pretty straight forward song. I wish it'd had been on the album just so more people could hear it, but then, it wouldn't have really fit.
No those are the correct lyrics. I have the song on my Myspace so I hear it everyday mulitple times...
I agree with the 'Wear' though, but I can see why they put that its a common mistake.
I can't understand if he's saying 'Feelings' or 'Phoenix' but I'm gonna stick with feelings...
And I don't see where 'I've got to see the stars' comes in...

I have the song...I got "I've got to see the stars" because there's another syllable there.

Does it really matter how the lyrics go? Its based on interpertation.
Anyway, the meaning of the song. I think its about a girl who did something very horrible where she and her bf used to leave. So now, she's planning on leaving and going to a new place to start her life over again. Her bf refuses to leave her behind, so he goes with her. And basically he's saying, no matter where you go or run to, I will be right behind you.
Someone with a troubled past trying to get away.
Someone who cares whos determined to make sure they know they care who refuses to give Up on them. Love this song.
