awesome, thanks Unfashioned. this songs about the crucifixion of christ. as he died, he wondered why his father did this to him. it is one of the lesser of known truths of Jesus Christ, whom I see as a historical figure only.
It could also be about the abandonment issue with respect to your father especially if you did not have a good relationship or one at all.
