Absolute Future Lyrics
Everything will not be made right
Everything will not be made right
It’s childish I know, pretend the world is listening
Ignore the sound for now I just heard god give in
There’s much to be left over when were swallowed by the end
The cockroaches and Darwin had a deal
Everything will not be made right
Ignore the sound for now I just heard god give in
There’s much to be left over when were swallowed by the end
The cockroaches and Darwin had a deal

The band's realization that their points will be shunned by listeners.
It's the introduction to their album which discusses the flaws, arrogance, ignorance of mankind. And inevitably we are the end of ourselves.
Also has to do with evolution, natural selection, and survival of the fittest.
This is because they mentioned Darwin, who is a famous naturalist. He created many theories, and is renown for his work.
Cockroaches = us.
Also, just noting at the reference of the cockroaches. Cockroaches are known for their natural resilience and the fact that their species will probly outlast us all (they can supposedly live through a nuclear holocaust).
It looks like they're making a joke about Darwin's efforts brought the theory of evolution, and how the cockroaches must have had a deal Darwin because their traits gained through evolution give their species immortality in the sense that they'll always exist.
Not sure I explained it exactly right. Just thought it was funny.
