How I interpretate it is he's having an affair with this woman and it's purely sexual but they're getting together has complicated things, as sex usually does. she's wanting more but "it's over before it's begun" so she's "gotta find someone else"
in my experience casual sex will 9 times out of 10 ruin everything but it always makes things complicated.
Ahh, I love this song. I was addicted to it the first time I heard it. And I agree with Sleepagent, it's about a couple having sex and the guy just wanted that, nothing else really.
