It doesn't matter that this isn't the whole song. It wouldn't be any better if it was. Repeating a few lines, especially a few DRASTICALLY CLICHE lines, over and over again should not get Destiny- oh sorry, Miley- the status she has. Oh wait, it didn't- her one-hit-wonder daddy did.
