Save Us Lyrics
And it's all
I've ever wanted to believe
That peace could grow inside of you
In spite of me
Humanity, I hope you're out there somewhere
All alone
I hear the whole world calling
Save us from ourselves
I look through the eyes of humanity
I looked at myself
So many things I hate in me
So many things are so hard to believe
I can hear the whole world calling me
All alone I hear the angels scream my name
All alone
I hear the whole world calling
Save us from ourselves
All alone I hear the angels scream my name
Used to be all that I wanted
You to see, all that I needed you to be
Does anyone care?
Does anyone care about your fellow man?
Can you understand about your fellow man?
Are you pure enough to hear me out yet?
Are you sure enough that you're pure enough to comprehend?
Just live forgive and forget
I've ever wanted to believe
That peace could grow inside of you
In spite of me
Humanity, I hope you're out there somewhere
I hear the whole world calling
Save us from ourselves
I looked at myself
So many things I hate in me
So many things are so hard to believe
I can hear the whole world calling me
All alone I hear the angels scream my name
I hear the whole world calling
Save us from ourselves
All alone I hear the angels scream my name
You to see, all that I needed you to be
Does anyone care?
Can you understand about your fellow man?
Are you pure enough to hear me out yet?
Are you sure enough that you're pure enough to comprehend?

What a kickass song. Great vocals, nice new album over all.
Listen to Save Us, Embrace The Ending, and Best Buy bonus track #1. Notice some similarities?
You to see, all that I needed you to be Does anyone care?" are in Save Us and Embrace The Ending.
I cant believe there are only 2 comments on this song. I think its the best on the album. The last line is one of the best lines in any song.
hey trashcanman just figure that out? U R A COCK! A BIG COCK AND U NEED A BLABE TO BE PUSHED INTO YOUR THROAT!OK
thoughtlessclown-i couldnt agree more!
How so? I find it actually a good interpretation. How is he a chicken anyway? A big chicken, even? Tell me this, what's a blabe? Maybe learn some spelling and grow big enough to be mature about this, hmm?

There isn't a better explanation than the lyrics right there. Its really powerful, seeing that there are flaws in this masterpiece, and theres no going back, just forward.
i like you 12hundredinfidels nice back bone. agree with you too.
He can see the impending doom on humanity and it seems no one even cares.
Used to be all that I wanted You to see, all that I needed you to be Does anyone care?
I love this part, I grew up thinking that humanity was this amazing thing that was guided along by a god or some form of thing which made it "divine". When i grew up i quickly realized its the exact opposite, although we do have the potential to be good, we are what is guiding us "we are all one consciousness steering itself subjectively". Only a few (which im pretty sure is still a lot) people are able to comprehend us as we really are.
Are you pure enough to hear me out yet? Are you sure enough that you're pure enough to comprehend? Just live forgive and forget
This part sends chills down my spine. It's very powerful, although only a select number of people will be able to "comprehend" it.
All alone I hear the whole world calling Save us from ourselves All alone I hear the angels scream my name
It's as if he sees humanity from another point of view and we are all screaming "save us". And the sad part is that we don't even know were saying it...
"we are all one consciousness EXPERIENCING itself subjectively" sorry :P
i was wondering what waylon said when he said "are you pure enough to hear me out" the hear me out part i was wondering. this is one good song. my favorite is either BURN or THE NEED.
and now that i look in the booklet i notice it. im an idoit. oh well. still a bad ass song
