No, it's not about swearing. It's about a guy who leaves a girl because she tries to change too much of him, and hes just tired of it. He says everything he could do to be nice, and acknowledges the fact that she hates when he cusses, and if anything he mocks that fact throughout the song.
I agree. It's just about a guy who's a piece of shit that you wanna flush down the toilet and hope it doesn't spring up on somebody else's lawn to poison the plant life.
