Turn The Page Lyrics
Come tell
We're here to praise your name
Blazing sun and the bitter death
Now the guardian cross the gate
Wake up!
There is a new dawning
Wake up!
The witches wait
For you remember the mirror
When she looked in
You were born
(Were) A boy in a middle of night
There's nobody else
There's nothing at all
Suns and dawn
There's a cry in the air
[The heart one dies
When you were ever there]
Turn the wheel again!
A new beginning
Another end
Cried out
The land needs blood
Inside the ring you're waiting
Give up yourself and your life
It's time up for you
Come turn the wheel
There's nothing to feel
Come turn the wheel
Come turn the page
Oh, come turn the page
[Solo 1]
We do not believe in lies
Do not believe in lies
Then someone came
Someone came
Your alone and strong
The end of world
Now everything should move
When the new day begins
God of wind and god of rain
Turn the wheel
You better beware
From now this day will sing for you
The life will bless the child
[Realize] him
Supervise him
We will be with you until the end
Come move our hearts
We know there is life beyond the death
Cried out
We cry for blood
Come right up here and join us
Come guide us now
Time is out
It's time up for you
Come turn the wheel
There's nothing to feel
Come turn the wheel
Come turn the page
Oh, come turn the page
[Solo 2]
A new beginning
Another end
The myth of life
Your heart in your hand
We cried out
The land needs blood
The change of season
Praise to the newborn king!
Na, na, na, nanananana!
Na, na, na, nanananana!
Na, na, na, nanananana!
It's time up for you
Come turn the wheel
There's nothing to feel
Come turn the wheel
Come turn the page

It always sounded like Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series to me.
"The Witches wait" Rand, the hero in Wheel of Time is The Dragon reborn who the Aes Sedai (sometimes called witches) have been waiting for for litterally ages.
"A new beginning Another end" Every book in the series starts with a paragraph about how "the wheel turns and ages come and pass" and Jordan always points out how the new age has already passed and going to come again.
I'm not positive but when I saw them a few days ago I'm pretty sure Hansi commented that this song was about killing God.
The song is about Horned God that Wiccans celebrate.
The opening line "Hunter, we're here to praise your name" speaks of the Wild Hunt he leads on Imbolc (February 2nd). The Horned God dies during autumn (either Lammas (August 1st), Mabon (autumn equinox) or Samhain (October 31st) depended on tradition). He is then reborn at Yule (winter solstice). Most of the lyrics talk about death, rebirth and cycle of life, which is pretty much what Horned God represents.
Best song of ATITM in my opinion (Which turned out to be a kickass album)!
I love the part:
"There's someone coming There's someone coming We hear a voice from the underworld"
Anyway there's alot of errors in these lyrics....
...that...wasn't a good song...not at all...
IT WAS FUCKIN' SWEET ANTHEM! ^_^
I don't think think Hansi wrote about anything in particular here did he? Just seems like a "take-life-by-the-balls" song...>.>...
This song is about the Horned God. A God in a religion called Wicca
Well I looked it up so i could post the reference and it seems it was changed. To This..
"Turn the Page" it's about the Wicca-Religion and the ritual of renewal.

And according to the booklet that comes with the album, the first line is "Hunter, we're here...", not "come here"
This song reminds me of the game Fable. I dunno why, I guess how the music goes cuz it's definetly not the lyrics.
