Sh-Boom Lyrics
Life could be a dream
Doo-doo-doo-sh-boom
Life could be a dream if I could take you up in paradise up above
If you would tell me I'm the only one that you love
Life could be a dream, sweetheart
Hello, hello again
Sh-boom and hope we'll meet again
Life could be a dream if only all my precious plans would come true
If you would let me spend my whole life loving you
Life could be a dream, sweetheart
Every time I look at you
Something is on my mind
If you do what I want you to
Baby, we'd be so fine
Life could be a dream
Life could be a dream, sweetheart
Doo-doo-doo-sh-boom
If you would tell me I'm the only one that you love
Life could be a dream, sweetheart
Hello, hello again
Sh-boom and hope we'll meet again
If you would let me spend my whole life loving you
Life could be a dream, sweetheart
Something is on my mind
If you do what I want you to
Baby, we'd be so fine
Life could be a dream, sweetheart

I LOVE THIS SONG IT'S SO SWEET AND CLASSIC SOUNDING AND IT'S JUST ABOVE LOVING SOMEONE, AND WHAT IT COULD ALL BE LIKE. AND IT'S FROM THE MOVIE CARS, WHICH ROCKED.
While a love song, it is really about hoping to survive an atomic bomb, the "sh-boom" representing the sound of nuclear explosion. This is even confirmed by one the singers in The Chords, the group who wrote the song.
**ABOUT LOVING SOMEONE, WH00PZ
I DO LOVE THIS SONG! PRETTY SELF-EXPLANATORY! BUT IT'S SO COOL!
This song is an old classic song, first published in 1954 and is supposed to be one of the first doo-wop songs.
Life would be dream if that person loved you back, so surreal and "in the clouds". Yeah its rather self explanatory. Anyway, whats with all the caps ppl? Lolcatz got ur keyboard?
What an AWESOME song!!!
This song never fails to put a smile on my face. (:
I like this song. It's catchy, it's got good lyrics, and it's in Cars. What's not to love?
Great number!!!!! Three versions of this one were on the charts on the day I was born.
