I think, this song is about drugs. A young girl wasting her life on drug and having fun and not caring for anybody else nor caring for anything else. I guess, who sings about her (I know Bjoern sings this song, but ... whatever) partly really likes her, maybe even admires her somehow, in the way, he sings this song, but on the other side does not understand what she's doing and why she's doing so and therefor really condems her. That's what I think.
