First of all, it absolutely ROCKS. As for the meaning, I think it's pretty simple. He's writing about a "girl" he hasn't physically met yet in the real world, but yet he seems to know her from somewhere. She's his dream girl, and "maybe someday" they'll be together. But for now its time to ROCK and FREAKING ROLL!
