Obvious what it's about-girl yells at guy, guy ignores her/tells her how he doesn't care, girl just gets more pissed.
Also one of my favorites...
The guy keeps saying the wrong thing-- he apologizes, the girl forgives him, but then he messes up again.
He's trying to do everything how she wants, but sooner or later he says the wrong thing again (watch what I say, say what I should, something you said I misunderstood).

i love this song. my shot at what it means would be basically the guy keeps screwing up and after she's accused him of messing up so much, he just starts to not care anymore, and he's kind of bitter but also kind of confused as to what he wants- "i'll figure it out as soon as i figure it out." like, she'll figure it out as soon i figure out why she keeps doing this to him.
wow i screwed up that last sentence...i meant to say "he'll figure it out as soon as he figures out why she keeps doing this to him." ^_^
and "it" in that sense would be referring to what he wants to do about it.
