This song (Like the rest on the album) ties into the theme of "still searching". Buddy is trying to get some answers for his life and his childhood, and in the end realizes a shrink can't do anything for him but make money off his agony.

i dont get how you can say this has no meaning its so obvious hes going to a pshycitrist(uhhhh sp!?!#?^#&) yeah well its pretty obvious and i think hes talking about how he wasted his time with the uh talking doctor thing.. idk it just seems obvious to me..

This song's definitely about depression. He wants everyone to just forget about him because he thinks he's become worthless and it's all too late for him. It's basically about how he's lost all hope. He went to a therapist but it didn't help him. The whole album tells the story of this guy who's life is just spiraling downward and who kills himself in the end (All The Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues (He's jumping from a building)/Negative Space (He's Falling down)/The Priest And The Matador (He's lying on the ground and dying)).
