i feel in this song... he is talking about how he changed after someone close to him disapeared and he turned to criminal ways to finally realise what he has done and he realises its to late to undo what has been done cheers..
The tempo changes and the shifting melodies in this song are just sick. Does anyone know any bands similar to The Human Abstract, or Protest the Hero?
AmpleVoltage, if you like protest the hero, and the human abstract, you'll like between the buried and me.
Between the Buried and Me are actually really different from both of those bands. Their sounds are a lot more brutal then Protest and Human Abstract.

THIS BAND IS STRAIGHT UP SICK. PERIOD. I am interested in hearing how the new vocalist sounds. Personally I get nervous when bands I like get new vocalists. I sometimes feel like it's a while other band because their sound can change so much. But! I won't judge until I hear!
I'm almost positive its requiem of a fallen knight in the wake of intent that day.
