This song is damn powerful, it blows me away everytime I listen to it. For example, the guitar part at about 3:27 is mindblowing. Great song, great album, great band! I saw them live with Satyricon in Germany and they rocked like hell.

I dont know exact meaning about the lyrics itself but most likely the theme comes from the Earthsea sagas written by Ursula Le Guin. It most likely tells about invading armada of dragons, with all the serpent, beast, wings, reptile etc references. Awesome song. Just awesome.

Btw, if you didnt know: The name Keep Of Kalessin comes from the Earthsea trilogy, Kalessin is the the Eldest dragon in it.
