What I'm wondering is, are these lyrics for real? It seems like a rather silly thing to write a song about. I mean, Cain "headed straight to the jungle to find a wife"? Is anyone else having trouble understanding which side this dude is on?
This song doesn't seem exactly for one side or the other, but like a commentary on the silliness of the debate itself, and how crazy people get.
There are tons of references in here-- one of my favorites is the reference to "Inherit the Wind", a classic movie about the Scopes Monkey Trial, with Spencer Tracy.
