For Miles Around (Scratch To Void) Lyrics
I've been used
Scratched and chewed
Why don't you
Ever choose
Someone's run off with my bag
Then the mannequins attack
But no one's looking that bothered
Why is no one that bothered?
All this time
I've been used
Zilch to do
For miles around
No one but you
For miles around
I have issues
With good news
I don't trust
Them of you
Cause the side effects are huge
Now the marching band won't move
And no one's looking that bothered
Why is no one that bothered?
All this time
I've been used
Zilch to do
For miles around
No one but you
For miles around
Scratched and chewed
Why don't you
Ever choose
Someone's run off with my bag
Then the mannequins attack
But no one's looking that bothered
Why is no one that bothered?
I've been used
For miles around
No one but you
For miles around
With good news
I don't trust
Them of you
Cause the side effects are huge
Now the marching band won't move
And no one's looking that bothered
Why is no one that bothered?
I've been used
For miles around
No one but you
For miles around

Best song of '06, hands down (although it was released before, I know).
"no ones looking that bothered, why is no one that bothered?"
such an applicable line to so many things. i dont know why or how its meant in this song, but, im glad they wrote it. about being used, i dont think hes talking about being used by another person but by a larger thing...by people...now in a societal sense, but just a human sense. how people not being bothered by his distrust makes a mockery of being all in this together
