This song isn't instumental, Portnoy says "Excellent!" in the middle of it. So the lyrics should really look like this:

There's also ad-libbed whistling and somewhere in the song is "Nice," after some whistling, so maybe that should be in the lyrics aswell. XD

Mike used to mix up Tony Levin's name. He used to call him Chris or Kevin, so I guess the name comes from that
@JucaOPastor According to Wikipedia, it was the photographer who misnamed Portnoy and Levin as "Chris" and "Kevin."
