I'm not entirely sure what this song means but I have a few out-there ideas. Possibly about a clandestine relationship...with lines such as 'when we feel undenied' and 'now we're fading into this world of desire and shame', and 'baby its just a kiss. why do we compromise'. It could be about a guy/girl who is in a relationship but finds themself attracted to someone else and not sure what to do. Its like every time they meet they feel their attraction getting stronger, like in the line 'Every night there is a change. There is an obvious change' and 'Searching for something so much. More there's so much here,'

not sure though, just my thoughts.
